    Hi guys!

    I received an email inquiry this morning about the R4 and this thread, so I am responding here.

    I have installed thousands of R4 's on Dunnett Classic snare drums and sold thousands more for after market applications and frankly I don't hear of many issues with them. Having said that I realize that with that volume of production you're bound to hit an occasional snag - and that is where personal customer service comes in...

    With after market installations I do receive questions and I always appreciate the opportunity to personally answer those questions. So...
